Bathroom Plumbing for NYC Homes & Buildings

Toilets, showers, faucets, vanities and the pipework behind them — repaired and replaced cleanly in occupied apartments, townhomes and commercial washrooms.

BATHROOM PLUMBING SERVICES

Fixtures, Valves and the Pipes Behind Them

Toilet Repair

Running, rocking, weak-flush and leaking toilets fixed at the fill valve, flapper, wax seal or supply connection.

Toilet Installation & Replacement

Old units removed and new toilets set properly — flange height, wax or rubber seal, supply line and a base that does not move.

Shower Repair

Leaking risers, weak flow, temperature swings and water getting where it should not behind the enclosure.

Shower Valve Replacement

Worn mixing and thermostatic valves replaced, including access-panel work in multi-unit buildings where valves sit behind finished walls.

Faucet Repair & Installation

Dripping and stiff faucets repaired, and new faucets fitted to basins, sinks and commercial washrooms.

Pedestal Sink & Vanity Plumbing

Pedestal sink replacement, vanity rough-in and reconfiguration, with supply and waste lines set for the new fixture layout.

AT SCALE

One Bathroom Is a Repair. Forty Is a Project.

In co-ops, condos and rental buildings the same bathroom is repeated up a stack, and the same failure shows up on every floor. Worn shower valves, corroded supply branches and failing toilet seals tend to arrive in waves rather than one at a time.

That is where a residential plumber who works at building scale earns their keep. We sequence the work floor by floor, coordinate access with residents and the managing agent, keep the stack in service wherever possible, and record what was replaced in each unit so you have a history for the building.

For full gut renovations we handle the bathroom rough-in and the final fixture set, working to the GC's schedule rather than around it.

RENOVATIONS

Bathroom Renovation Plumbing Stages

Demolition & isolation

Supplies isolated, fixtures removed and the waste lines capped so debris cannot get into the drainage during strip-out.

Rough-in

Supply and waste re-run for the new layout — shower valve position, vanity drainage, toilet flange and venting checked before anything is closed up.

Fixture set & test

Toilets, basins, showers and faucets installed, then every connection pressure- and flood-tested in front of you or the site supervisor.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Bathroom Plumbing Questions

Yes. Most of our bathroom work happens in lived-in apartments and operating commercial washrooms, so we schedule around access, protect the space and shut supplies down for the shortest practical window.

We work to the fixtures and rough-in you specify. If an existing valve or waste layout limits the options, we will tell you before anything is ordered, not after it arrives.

We handle the plumbing scope — demolition of pipework, rough-in, and fixture supply and installation — and coordinate with your GC, tiler and other trades on the rest.

No. Water behind a shower enclosure travels into wall cavities and floor assemblies before it shows as a stain. Have a water leak repair done early and it stays a small job.
